Weighed today, came in at 415. A few observations:
I've been sick for a couple weeks, plus I went on a trip out of state. Took me out of my element. So weight loss has slowed. Here is what I will need to do to get it to take back off like a rocket:
Exercise, exercise, exercise. I'm still eating about 2,400 calories a day, maybe a little more. I don't think I need to eat less, just work out more.
For 2011, I'd like to average 10 pounds a month lost. Onward and upward!
