Weighed in today, 401.5.
Some observations:
-At this point, I am losing weight at the rate of 2 1/2 pounds a week, 10 pounds a month. This is somewhat of a slowdown, but I am fine with it. The lean muscle mass I am adding from lifting weights is making a real difference, but also adding some weight. Lifting weights is something that is new for me, and I like it.
-I went to the doctor today. My fasting blood sugar is 83. This is the lowest that has been in 12 years. 9 months ago, I was pre-diabetic and well on my way to having to start taking insulin shots.
Now I don't even have to think about it.
