Well, here it is for all to see. This is the most intensely personal thing I have ever posted on the Internet. But I'm doing it because I want other people to have hope, to be able to see that a regular person really can lose a lot of weight. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making (and living) it.
